Me and My? Which one is correct?

I come across a sentence like this,

"I wonder what things I could do in my life to save ME brain power"

I wonder whether it's correct to use "ME" (object determiner) here. Should "my" (possessive determiner) be used instead?

"I wonder what things I could do in my life to save MY brain power"

"I wonder what things I could do in my life to save ME brain power"
