I take the liberty to enquire whether there is any vacancy for a clerk existing at present in your esteemed company.I understand that your firm is expanding so rapidly that you are often short of staff, and I venture to write to you withthe hope that should you really be in need of a clerk, I should be most grateful if you would allow me to render myhumble services to you company. I am XX-year-old . I passed the Hong Kong School Certificate Examination with credits in English, Chinese, Mathematics and Geography in 19XX. After graduating, I was employed in some trading companies as a trainer for a few years. Therefore I gained much working experience in trading .
I am however, also a fast and accurate typist and confident that I can handle office routine with ease once I get used to it.
