Pelvic exam, aching bruise feeling?

Is it normal for your vagina to hurt AFTER they do a pelvic exam and swab you with those q-tip thingies. lol It didn't really hurt during, and it didn't hurt right after either, but it started to hurt like 6 hours later. It feels kind of BRUISED...lol...

YES! Very MUCH So....It is completely normal, take a hot bath.
