1) Write down two numbers such that their H.C.F is 1 and their L.C.M is
(a) an even number,
(b) an odd number.

2) Suggest three different mixed numbers such that their product is an integer.

3) A hawker spent $180 to buy 600 toy balls. The hawker is going to sell the balls. Suggest the selling price for each ball such that he can get a profit percentage of at least 40% after all the balls are sold.

4)The original weights of Chris and Anna were 72kg and 66kg respectively. After joining a slimming programme, both of them lost some weight. If Chris lost 20% of his weight, what is the possible decrease in Anna's weight so that the difference between their weights is less than 4kg?

a)LCM=even no.=even no. x any no.=2/3 is one of the ans
b)LCM=odd no.=odd no. x odd no.=3/5 is one of the ans

2.mixed no.=4,6,8,9...
4/6/8 is one of the ans

3.selling price of each ball=$180x(1+40%)/600=$0.42

4.let a kg be the decrease in Anna's weight
72x(1-20%)-(66-a)=4
a=12.4
Anna's possibly decrease 12.4kg
