What do you call this object in the bathroom?

Do you know the thing you use to take a shower in the bathroom, what is it called in English?
The one you can grab it, and water squirting out from it, and you use it to spray water all over your body. How do people normally call this? Thanks.

Hey there,

I would add something to all of the responses. What you are looking for is not just a shower head, but a handheld shower head. "Shower head" by itself could mean any shower head, stationary or movable. But handheld shower head is when you can take the shower head (which is attached to a metal tube or cable) in your hand and move it around. Of course, in conversation, people might just call it the shower head, but if you are in the store and you want to ask for it specifically, you should ask for hand held showerhead.

Some other terms for this are movable shower head, removable shower head, hand-held shower, hand jet shower head, hand shower, and jet shower. If you search for any of these terms, you will get plenty of results in the online stores with pictures to show you. :)
