ETD = Estimated Time of Departure
ETA = Estimated Time of Arrival

以貿易商或代理商的立場, 可稱廠商為vendor, producer, 或manufacturer.
口語上稱factory或maker亦可.

We already informed factory to rush the order 13456 in black, however the factory can only finish the goods on/after 9/1.
We should be able to ship your order around 9/5 by ocean.

I already in urged that the factory catches up with (black product which 13456 black in order form customer assigns), but our factory said that 9/1 can complete. I estimate in 9/5 this large stock of goods (marine transportation)

I am pushing the factory to rush the black in PO#13456, but they said they will finish on September 1. I think we are going to ship by sea freight on September 5.
