I know the national day for America is 4th July, the Independence Day,
26th Jan for Australia, 1st July for Canada, 6th Feb for New Zealand.

There isn't one. Each of the countries within Britain has its own patron saint and hence its own saint's day.England - St George - 23rd April
Scotland - St Andrew - 30th November
Wales - St David - 1st March
Northern Ireland - St Patrick - 17th March
