✔ 最佳答案
15)
2x-3=x
x=3

The perimeter of the square:
3*4
=12cm

20)
4(3m/5) - 2m -8 = 0
12m/5-2m-8=0
12m-10m-40=0
2m=40
m=20

19(a)
20 x ( 1 + r% ) = 26
1+r%=23/20
r%=3/10
r=30

19(b)
30 x ( 1 - r% ) = 28.2
1-r%=28.2/30
-r%=-3/50
r=6

P.5

15) Find the value of x first.

2x-3=x
2x=x+3
x=3

Since a square has 4 sides, the perimeter of it is 4x, which is 12.

20) 4(3m/5)-2m-8 = 0
12m/5-2m = 8
12m/5-10m/5 = 8
2m = 8
m = 4

P.10

19a) 20x(1+r%) = 26
20+20r% = 26
20r% = 6
r% = 6/20
r = (6/20)x100
r = 30

19b) Same way with (19a)
30x(1-r%) = 28.2
30-30r% = 28.2
1.8 = 30r%
1.8/30 = r%
100(1.8/30) = r
r = 6
