=12cm

12m/5-2m-8=0
12m-10m-40=0
2m=40
m=20

1+r%=23/20
r%=3/10
r=30
19(b)
30 x ( 1 - r% ) = 28.2
1-r%=28.2/30
-r%=-3/50
