屋契名是兒子,屋契由父親保管,去過報警到現在還沒找到.
現在父親想將屋契轉名給另一名子女,請問可以嗎?

如果失蹤嘅係兒子，父親首先要証明物業只要交由兒子託管的，當然最有力嘅証明係要証明兒子沒有為物業有所付出，通過後律師會登報尋入，再到法庭申請將物業轉回父親，完成後父親才可以轉給第三者。至於細節，相信必須交由律師代辦。
