LCM is 240

check:
24, 48,72, 96, 120, 144, 168, 192, 216, 240 (multiple of 24)
80, 160, 240 (multiple of 80)

24 = 2 x 2 x 2 x 3
80 = 2 x 2 x 2 x 2 x 5
HCF of 24 and 80 is 2 x 2 x 2 = 8 (8 is multiple of 4)
