假如業主跟隨 land tribunal’s guidelines收回非住宅物業, 請問在業主收樓令批出及業主需在單位外貼通知信通知租客 ，業主需連續貼紙3天以後, 租客有沒有 four weeks通融期. 答: 根據筆者個人的認知, 在這情況下, 從租戶的權益來看, 法理上是不存在上述所謂的 “通融期”。
