Translation of a Macao address

I have a problem with translating the following Macao address into Portuguese: 澳門澳門市望德堂區羅利老馬路4-6號文德大廈地下前座. I cannot translate '地下前座' and '羅利老馬路4-6號' (I know '羅利老馬路' is Estrada de Adolfo Loureiro, but do not know if the whole thing can be translated as '4-6 Estrada de Adolfo Loureiro').
