A. She worry about her children.
B. She is worried about her children.

但A與B真的一樣嗎?

Yes, but A's grammar was wrong.

but A's meaning is she worries about her children.A mean that she worries all the time.
B's meaning is she is worried about her children.b mean that she worries at that time.

An example:
I worry about my future. (all the time)
I am worried about my future. (at that time)

你的結論是對的A句的worry作動詞用,而B句的worried則作形容詞用,

在牛津第六版,worried的條下也有以下的例句

I'm not worried about her --she can take care of herself.

在worry條下,也有一例
Don't worry about me. I'll be all right.
