Never proved to be efficacious beyond temporary relief from lower back pain. A risky option for health care from an industry that seems to have a 100% rate of under-reporting adverse events like strokes following unnecessary neck manipulation.

Chiros in the UK are undereducated quacks who can barely manage a back massage. Most of the stuff they tell you is nonsense, they're not health professionals and they're not qualified to diagnose or treat you.

Many people in the UK get chiros confused with real health professions just because they wear a white coat.

yes, and i recommend you find the same type, an hio method upper cervical specific chiropractor. they are relatively few in number. i would stay away from the general manipulation/physical therapy sort.
