Dead as a dodo

Everybody dies one day and all dead bodies have to be disposed of.Over time people have treated bodies in different ways.In prehistoric times,dead people were left to rot on hillsides.In the Middle Ages,kings often had their bodies divided up so they could be buried in two different places at once!

每佪人終有一天會恐,所有屍體都需要經過處理。不同時期,人們處理屍體的方法也不同,在史前時期,人死後,屍體只會被抛到山邊,任由腐爛。到了中世紀,皇帝們有時候會命人在自己死後,把屍體分成幾部分,好讓自己能同時安葬於不同地方:

「死硬」派 所有人到某天總會死亡,而所有屍體都要被處理。一直以來,人們使用不同方法處置屍體。史前,屍骸會被棄置到山邊,讓它腐化:到了中世紀,皇帝的屍首更會被割開,「碎件」被同時埋葬於兩個不同的地方! p.s. Dead as a dodo = an idiom means undoubtedly and unquestionably dead, now I translate it to「死硬」派…
