x+y=11.5...(1)
6x+2y=41..(2)
x=11.5-y...(3)
Sub (3) into (2),
6(11.5-y)+2y=41
69-6y+2y=41
69-41=4y
y=7
x+7=11.5
x=4.5
Price of 1 pack of biscuits: $4.5
Price of 1 pack of potato chips: $7
