因為那是一句反詰句或是自問自答的諷刺問句，不是真正的問句。讀法和意思如下：
Me,(應該有逗號的，可能省去).... get married?
我,(咁嘅人)...結得成婚？(尾音提高)語氣的諷刺性

[直譯] 想(諗)都不用想(諗)啦！惘想啦！
這是me的一種用法，是從第三者的角度表達「自己」，不用是「I」。
