(Estimated maintenance amount of about less than $100,000, the owners have not additional cost.)Recently, two weeks before the inspection date of the Management Office and Building Department, when the Management Office is doing the preparation for maintenance work, the Buildings Department suddenly issued repair orders of captioned case. The Buildings Department said that this is a formal work procedure, the orders must be issued within one month after the notice sent out.

The Management Office is highly concerned about the maintenance affairs, in order to achieve a better control over the expenditure. For those cases with potential risk that may affect the resident, the Management Office will handle and arrange the maintenance works at the first priority.
