Will Gary be in pokemon black and white best wishes?

He rarely appeared in Pokemon Diamond and Pearl, but I was wondering if he possibly drops in in this new series.

Yes, Gary will be appearing in the Best Wishes soon, and his cheerleaders are going to show up soon. But he is still Ash's rival.

There is a possibility for any past character to make an appearance. Pokemon is pretty random when it comes to guest appearances.
