係唔係錯架 NO GAS FLOW怎可能有PRESSURE

I don't think the statement you quoted came from the model answer. It is full of grammatical mistakes.

When you pulled the piston, the volume of the vessel is increased. After then, part of the (gas) volume is expelled out. This is, in fact, a typical process of a simple pump.

Be aware that "pressure" is an inherent property of gas. Unless the gas is cooled down to absolute zero, pressure always exists.
