It's pronounced like an L when:
* It's at the end of a word (like 말)
* There are two of them in a row, in which case it's pronounced like two L's (like 빨리)
* It's in the middle of a word, followed by a consonant (like 팔다)

It's pronounced like an R when:
* It's in the middle of a word, between two vowel sounds (like 그래요 or 말이)
* It's at the beginning of a word (like 라디오)

Remember R R L: At the beginning of a sentence / phrase = R, at the middle of a sentence / phrase = R, at the end of a sentence or phrase = L

I arranged Korean Alphabet (Hangeul), greater precise than romanization. Korean alphabet is hassle-free to benefit than the different language. And the best thing approximately this, like once you're gaining knowledge of their grammar, it simple to benefit because of the fact which you may study it, like once you're analyzing the romanized. when you suitable the analyzing and writing, watch a music video with Hangeul Subtitle then sing it.
