I feel so pressured by the Ivy people??? Help?

I'm in the process of switching my career to Finance. I just finished my 1st year MBA study at Georgetown University and have been working as an intern this summer at a finance shop. The firm is full of Ivy people who went to Havard, Wharton, Columbia, Yale, etc. for undergrad, MBA, or Law. I feel so pressured at work, and to make the matter even worse, I went to a no brand public college. I don't know what to do. I'm thinking to spend 5 years/$200,000 to get a PhD to be at par or above those people.

Just get some self confidence. Get a PhD if you want, but don't do it just to "be at par or above those people". That's not a good enough reason to spend $200k.

Are the other people actually DOING anything to pressure you? Or is it that their CVs just seem so impressive to you? If the people aren't doing anything, then you just need to stop worrying about it. There is no point in spending that much time and money to get a degree just to impress other people. Keep working hard at your job. Show them that attending a public college means you are just as capable as they are.

The only way you will ever be at par with people of such qualifications is to get a PhD. Or you can continue being a mediocre idiot and probably get fired and live in a dumpster.
