"Gonna to?" "Going to" "to"?

I read a sentence on a bbc webpage and I found the sentence awkward.

"All we gonna to do, is we're just removing the crust from the bread"

1) I wonder if "to" in "gonna to" is redundant because "gonna" already means "going to". Also,
2) "Are" is missing in "All we (are) gonna to do. isn't it?

Thanks in advance

"all we gonna do" is sloppy for "all we are going to do".

The extra 'to' after 'gonna' is indeed unnecessary.

'Gonna' is sloppy for Going, so it needs 'to' to start making sense.

The sentence you quote though, doesn't make sense as it has future and present tenses in the same sentence but in a nonsensical way.

Just accept that some people can't write properly, and move on. ;-)
