Using my fully paid off house as a security to take a loan? If it's a type of mortgage, what is the name of the mortgage?

I think that this a Repayment mortgage becuase you make monthly repayments for an agreed period.Many people are entering into the market with buying properties. Investments are being made in projects that would take a few years for development.

it's a repayment mortgage, or it could just be a personal loan secured on the property.
