銀行通知該匯款金額還未完成過數入收款人戶口, 此次取消匯款申請正在處理中, USD8,000.00的匯款金額將會安排稍後退回我們公司的戶口/ (數星期後退回給我們) 銀行回覆由於匯款金額USD,8000.00已過數入收款人戶口, 此次取消匯款申請不能辦理, 請聯絡XXX Co.(收款人)安排有關退款事宜/ (請告知如何處理)

It was advised by the bank that the transfer of USD$8,000.00 to the recipient's account has not been completed due to our request to stop this transaction. In regards to that, the bank has been processing and will return the sum of transfer back to our company's account later on.( within few week's time)In reply by the bank, it is, as a matter of fact, not applicable to withdraw the transfer,because they had already deposited into recipient's account. Furthermoret, the bank advise us to contact and arrange with the recipient's Company for refund of the sum of transfer,(please also state how to proceed the refund process)
