本人從事客戶服務工作,處理及解決客戶的問題,當中更遇上一些麻煩及複習的個案,故此,希望在課程中加深管理上的知識,建立一個穩固的基礎,從而學習多些實例上處理的技巧,有助處理實際個案時更能得心應手。
I work in customer service, handling and solving customer problems, which also ran into some trouble and review of the case, therefore, wish to deepen in the curriculum management of knowledge to build a solid foundation to master more skills in dealing with instances of to help deal with cases more handy.
