小弟日文不好，跟日本人的溝通又少，所以可能說得很奇怪。而英文本來就不好，學了日文就更加，小學生都不如。

PO(purchase order)の数と在庫品とチェックいたしまして、お客様の要求を回答いたしました。(簡單說明一下)
-受注業務
もらったPOの日付、品名、品番、数量がMOQ(minimum order quantity) と MPQ(minimum package quantity)に合いますかどうかをチェックいたしました。
(綠字的意思是MOQ和MPQ是2.5K的話，客戶下訂單只可以是2.5K的倍數，例如2.5K﹑5K﹑7.5K…。不可以1K﹑2K﹑3K…)
-出荷指示書類の作成
インボイスはシステムで、ほかの書類はexcelで作りました。
-電話応対、一般的なお問い合わせの回答

INV.was via system and other related documents were usually via excel.

6.我的自我介紹︰ My name is XXX.Twenty years old. In 2005(two thousand and five), I have passed HKCEE ,And then I worked in XX International Commerce Ltd. for four years .Because I want to be Japan and Hong Kong‘s bridge, I have studied Japanese in XX School in this ten month.
I am Chinese furthermore Carefulness, almost Chinese characters’tests were perfect scores.
In this year July third , I have participated in the JLPT(Japanese Language Proficiency Test) N2. I have the confidence of successfully pass. I'm studious, kindly and never feared hardship.
The only drawback is, in this year I graduated, communicate with Japanese’s opportunities were fewer. But I burned with curiosity to know many things in Japan . I'll have a lot of topics with Japanese. At this, I will quit my self-introduction. Thank you very much. 謝謝！
