Saw a 32A young lady, I don't know what to say?

It's very hot this week. Obviously, women will most likely try to wear as little clothes as possible. I saw this young lady in her mid or late 20s walking home from work, and she was wearing a sleeveless shirt without a bra. Her breasts are so small that I'm pretty sure it's about 32A or maybe 30A, and she is a white. I guess that the reason she was not wearing bra is that her breasts are so small that her breasts won't bounce around like those gifted women, so it doesn't look that bad in the public? I don't know if I should feel bad for her of having such tiny breasts like asian women. Maybe she feels very comfortable not wearing a bra...

In stats this is what is called an outlier. For asian women this is the norm.

Why are you so concerned about it at all? Breasts come in all shapes and sizes. Just because a "white" has smaller ones than "gifted" women doesn't mean that you need to feel bad for her. And why WOULD you feel bad for her? Maybe you don't realize it, but most women who have breasts that are up to mens' standards in size probably envy women with smaller ones. Those things can get really heavy, and bras can get really uncomfortable (and yes, hot).
Probably you should try keeping your eyes to yourself...and stop trying to define people by the size of their breasts. Men certainly don't like to be defined by the size of their penises.
