其實點為止adjective clause

1) I like eating ice-cream which is tasty.
咁算唔算adjective clause.

2) 定係要咁先算
Ice-cream which i like is tasty.

兩句都有問題。

你先決定你形容的主角是甚麼，如果是ice-cream，再要決定這ice-cream是否某一種味道還是你想說ice-cream這東西。
按格式，第二句可算是對，但欠了article "the"，因為這是專指「你喜歡的」"那一種"ice-cream.

The ice-cream which I like is tasty.
或
The ice-cream that I like to eat is tasty.你的第一句似因果關係句
I like to eat ice-cream "because" it is tasty.
而不是adjective clause來形容"ice-cream"，這句是表達「我」"喜愛"的理由。
