WTF? You do know there are Asian Americans who were rooting for America. And not all Asians are Japanese and root for Japan, and since Japan killed millions of Asians in WWII, many Asians in fact hate the Japanese. Asians are short, but that only affects them in basketball. They can be just as good in golf or ping pong or bowling or boxing in their weight class. Not all Americans are about hype and talk, and sure the US is destroying its economy with debt, but they still have a higher GDP than the rest of the world. Europe is socialist and has too many unions and will never surpass the US. The Japanese economy hasn't grown in ten years. Only China is our real competition, but they have 1 billion poor people to feed whereas we only have 100 million illegal immigrants to feed, but they all work hard and mow our lawns. USA USA USA!

i'm pretty sure no creditable person ever said asians have no athletic ability. and its not racist to say asians are short... its a fact that the average asian is shorter than other ethnicities. and the american's lost with grace, style, and just flat out class, america should be proud of this women's team

OK honestly im so tired of hearing that they choked. The USA outplayed them for tthe 120 minutes they played. They just couldnt finish anything!! GRR! Japan was just alot better at finishing there opportunities. USA worked hard and just could not get them in the back of the net, doesn't mean they choked. they played great.

I agree with King yahoo about some Americans making fun of Asians. Well to all those people who are talking sh*t about Asians, they can go f^ck themselves. Making fun of people because of how they look and how big/short they are is just cruel. But not all the Americans are all talk. No one is perfect.
