What instrument should I play?

I have self taught myself to play piano for the past 2 years now and I absolutely LOVE playing it but I want to learn another instrument. The only thing is I don't know what to learn. It has to be something that can be put away easily and not take up too much room (e.g. I can't have drums). Thanks to anyone who can suggest something

I'd say try a string instrument. Violin or acoustic/classical guitar would probably be a good place to start.

If you can't decide between those two, I'd go for guitar. It's very flexible, you can play chords, melodic lines, eventually both at the same time!

String instruments take quite a while to get used to and can be frustrating when you first start (as well as painful on the fingers), but if you stay committed and practice regularly, you'll be glad you picked it up!

Air guitar. It costs nothing and you can throw it away if you don't like it.

guitar. I've played piano too for a long time and I love to cover songs, I think guitar would be another fun instrument to learn and be able to cover a wide variety of songs.
