兩地"車牌"問題!!

If it is HK license, I am sure it does not need to take "driving" test.
For Macau license, I am really not too sure. Can Macau license apply for International license?

In any case, it depends on the State you lived. If it is State as NJ, you don't even have to worry about the driving skill test. If you can ever drive in Macau, you just need to be careful on the skill test for following the rule, but your skill will certainly be way over the test needed.
On the other hand, the written test could be really pain.
