The topic is interesting but also difficult to answer because:

1) You have not specified your gender!

2) You have not told the budget per head.

3) You have not told the location of your school.

4) You have not told your age!

In my opinion, you can actually invite your female teacher having a dinner in one Chinese restaurant in this summer vacation that the cost can be controlled and the environment will not be so silent ( crowded people ). Also the venue will be safety and easy to reach.

Else, see if any classmate has a large apartment who can lend for BBQ and gathering use. If that is the case, the atmosphere will be even better.

你們對於如何歡送女老師頗費周章,照我個人意見如果不怕乘坐長途公用汽車可以去西貢市(墟)附近之海灘邊,開燒烤慶祝歡送會。至於食物方面,最好預先醃製牛肉,豬肉,雞翼,雞腿;及購買番薯,蔬菜,生果,花生,飲用水,啤酒等,然後分別由各人乘坐長途公用汽車攜帶該等食物前往目的地。
