請問幼兒學D咩好 ?

Young children can learn language(s), children under 6 are like sponges, they can absorb whatever you teach them easily and automatically. So this is the golden time for you to build up their language foundation, English and Mandarin are becoming more and more important throughout the world, if your child is studying in a Cantonese medium kindergarten/preschool/nursery, then you better train his/her English and Mandarin language ablilty after class, let him/her to be more familiar with them, and could speak them with confident and fluently, this help him/her in the primary school interview, you know, nowadays, many famous/popular schools focus on child's English ability and conduct the interview in English (like DGJS) to test thier English proficientcy, and PLK Choi Kai Yau School as another example, they put much focus on student's language development, speaking English fluently is a must for the interview and they also test on applicant's Mandarin level.
In my personal opinion, I think apart from learning languages, interest classes is also needed in childhood, such as musical instruments (eg: piano, violin, flute, clarinet etc), sport activities (eg: basketball, tennis, volleyball, kung fu etc) and art/performing arts (eg: painting, ballet, latin dance, chinese folk dance etc). These activities help to build an all-rounded child, and let them grow healthily, lower their pressure at school.
As a parent, the most important thing is, we've to respect every child's personal interest, if they don't want/not interest in sth, then we shouldn't force them to do it, on the other hand, we can ask them or observe what they're interested in or what is their talent, at last, we can arrange some appropriate activities/extra-curricular activities that fit their needs.
