English question, please help?

I am sick today.
I feel sick today.

Are they both correct and common to use? Thanks.

Both are correct and commonly used, but they mean different things.

"I am sick" can mean you are ill in any way (e.g. headache, nausea, flu, etc)

"I feel sick" means you feel ill in your stomach and feel as though you are going to vomit.

This is the case in the UK, anyway! Hope that helps!

Depends.

"I am sick today" means you actually have a cold or some type of sickness.

"I feel sick today" might not mean you actually have a cold or sickness, but you just do not feel good.
