I would say something like this:
We serve hot dishes which you can choose from the menu (a la carte). The price of a main course ranges from $108 to $178 plus 10% service charge. You can help yourself with a free salad bar. (The salad bar is free if you take an order from the menu.)
If you just care for the salad bar only. We'll charge it for $105 plus 10% service charge.
