算不算歧視

香港歧视法只得幾種:家庭崗位、種族及殘疾。死蠢不能歸納在任何一個範疇所以不算歧視。

Discrimination occurs only if the impacting factor is prohibited by the law.

In other word, if an employee in Hong Kong is fired due to pregnancy, then it is illegal.

Stupidity, in the world, is not a prohibited factor.

You may be a jerk - but you are not discriminating her.
