只通知對方p/o number, 船名, 航次, 離港日和達到日就可以了, 太多無用的資料只會顯示你沒有對資料進行過濾, 在最後加上"please feel free to contact us if any inquiry."

"goods will completed at 19 JULY and moved by FEDEX"
廠shipping的英文不需要太好, 有時文法不太準都可以, 只要能清楚表達重點就夠用了, 不過, 不要怪我坦白, 你的情況是有點兒"糟糕", 平日有空可以看看其他同事/舊同事留下來的e-mail, 偷學前輩們的「一招半式」啊.
