可否取消告票

I am sure you are a good driver. You feel annoyed and angry.However there are a few things for you to consider before making a final decision. As far as I know your chance of sucess is just about 50% depending on the number of drivers' having been charged at the same junction because their view are blocked by the scaffolding Most importantly you have to consider whether you have time to go to the court personally to defend your taffic ticket charge or whether you are going to hire a lawyer to defend for you..
I did have a similar experience but after second thoughts, I paid the fine to avoid going to the court.

為免你收不到傳票，你可在14-21天後，至電交通違例中央檢控組查詢。地址在灣仔軍械廠街警察總部；你之告票應在事發後14天送至該組處理。
