have = present tense (I, they, you, we, plural)
現在式 (I, they, you, we, 眾數時用)
has = present tense (He, she, it, singular)
現在式 (He, she, it, 單數時用)
had = past tense
過去式

Both 003 and 005 are correct, but 003 completed the answer well ahead of 005. So, 003 should be elected the best.

Have 只加在 I ,They ,We 後面
Has 只加在 She,He or 一個人既名後面

而 had 就係另外一種既形式 (過去式)

HAVE

2. plural form (I, you, they, we)

HAS :
1. simple present tense
2. single form (he, she, it)

HAD :
1. past tense and past participle
2. both of plural form and single form
