whether 的用法?!

decide 加 ed 是因為此句是用 present participle (has/have+(v.)+ed) ，那句用yet ，所以要加 ed 。

whether 是用於問人但不用問問題的方式，是用在陳述句。我們通常問人是動詞或是 how 和 wh- question 開頭。
E.g. Are you kidding? Do you like me? Which one would you like? What is your name? How are you?

而 whether 是 conjunction ，用來連接句子，大多會用 or 一起用，意思是 : 是否或是無論。
E.g . Whether he comes or not, the party will go ahead. (無論他或不去，派對也會繼續進行。)
I don't know whether you like flowers. (我不知道你是否喜歡花。)

我覺得那兩個用法都沒問題 (not yet decide whether / still not decided whether to) ，但我比喜歡用 still not decided whether to ，因為你想話仲未決定好，有 still 感覺上可以更加表達到意思，我認為。

whether 本身不像 after / before 那些，有特定的 tense，after / before 要用past participle等，when / while / As 要用 past continuous等。所以主要要看篇 passage 的 tense。
