做財務報表最基本要有Income Statement及Balance Sheet(有些只會有income statement)

INCOME STATEMENT & BALANCE SHEET(或只係income statement)需要由你加簽證明正確無訛(Certified true & correct).
因為報表上的net profit/loss不一定等於應評稅利潤/虧損. 所以你亦要交一份tax computation解釋你應評稅利潤/虧損(assessable profit/ loss) 是如何計算. Sample: http://www.ird.gov.hk/chs/pdf/ir957ac.pdf

報表係指:
損益表(或者叫收支表都可以), 利得稅計算表(由帳面利潤調整至應課稅溢利既計算表), 以及相關資料明細 (e.g. 佣金支出, 利息支出, 租金收入及支出, 外判支出等等).
詳情响寄稅表俾你果時夾埋果一大疊野度有講, 損益表同利得稅計算表既格式亦有提供, 唔見左可以打去問稅局fax俾你.

簡單做份收支報表 連同填好稅表 一批交上税局就可以.
