Safest method to avoid getting pregnant for couple of years?

I have a two month old baby after getting married...We have not used protection so far...we dont want to get pregnant for next 3 years.hence would like to know the safest options available before us...we are not fine with pills,IUD,ring,shots,injections etc..pls suggest some alternatives so that we can have safe sex all the time before we decide for having the next baby..

Condoms are fine.Pulling out doesn't work, as precum contains sperm and can get you pregnant.

Well, why aren't you okay with those methods of birth control? What about that patch thing they insert under the skin in your arm? I don't think condoms alone are enough.

we just use condoms when we don't want to get pregnant, i dont like taking medications if i dont have to
