Sorry forgot to be specific, it's a Chinese singer's name. I'm trying to find a song by him. :)

It's 冷漠. In Mandarin, it's pronounced lěngmò (sounds like luh-ung mah!)
Indifferent.

The singer's name is Richie Ren (任贤齐 Ren Xian-Qi).
His second album, from 1991, is Cold & Tender (冷漠與温柔 Lěngmò yǔ Wēnróu).
The first track on the album is also called 冷漠與温柔.
