請問各位知不知道以下情況是甚麼病？？

近來總是覺得心臟近胸口左邊血液不暢通，好像有一顆東西頂著，要吸一口氣那一顆東西才能通得過血管，在靜態或躺下時也會發生，更甚的是今天用力如廁時，宊然覺得那顆東西很厲害的頂著血管通不過，這是第一次發生，到底是心臟病還是甚麼？

看起來你的胸口左邊有被阻塞的感覺,似乎是心肌梗塞的先兆;最好立即前往醫院急證室或心臟專科醫生診治為要。
