應該選A。句意為：那些想要看房子(公寓)的人應該跟房東約看房。應該是那些，所以應該要選those。

一句話只能有一個動詞，該句為was，所以後面若還有動詞則動詞通通需要加ing。

如：My mom gave me some money, asking me to buy some appliances. 我媽給我一些錢叫我去買些日用品。句中的動詞是gave，所以後面的ask須加ing，變成動名詞。

3.Staff are required to immediately contact the shift manger for _____if there are any employee conflicts.
for介係詞後面應該加名詞，所以assist的名詞為assistance，所以應該選D。
句意為：如果員工發生衝突應立即連絡值班經理(manger? 還是manager?)

如：Thank you for your help. 謝謝你的幫忙。 我們不會說Thank you for your helping.
