dean or foothill college ?

我經agent--litz apply左dean college(private 係massachusetts) and foothill college (Ca)但未諗好讀邊間要e幾日作final decision
本人剛讀完F.5 姐係第一屆334 讀Band1頭/中學校係學校成績一般中間到英文就中上
我其實比較想Dean 因為想識D外國人and融入culture 我呀哥係讀完de anza and 我個frd係 washington讀緊佢哋都冇識到外國frd 係West Coast
所以想試下Dean 同Litz 話e間易入U Michigan 同係寄宿學校（係咪方便D?）
但Foothill有同UCLA argreement 好似係Ca易升到D好既U
同埋學費平一半
有冇人可以俾到意見我好煩

It sounds really ridiculous.

You have a brother who was used to go to De Anza and you need an agent to help you to find a school?

Such a waste of money.

Why don't you ask your brother?

By the way - Foothill has no agreement with UCLA - or in other word, UCLA never makes any agreements with community colleges.

As a matter of fact, City College of San Francisco has a even higher transfer rate.

But the issue is you are international - so you basically have no chance.

To me - they are the same - as they are community colleges - community colleges are the same - ask your brother.

By the way - the environment is not what prevent you from learning English, but you prevent yourself from learning.

Some people who study in Central states can still speak poor English.

So in other words, you can still speak good English in Foothill.

1. Dean definitely - as you have basically no chance for UC Berkeley and UCLA (due to its admission policy).

2. Community colleges are pretty much the same - for Foothill - ask your brother.

For Dean, there may be some snow.

I don't know where you get the data - each UC Berkeley and UCLA has only 400 international students enrolled. So where is that many?
