我想問鄧肇堅維多利亞官立中學,筲箕灣東官立中學的校風

Both are Government schools and luckily, I have friends teaching there. I can share some info. with you.

1) 維官 has a strong discipline team and each class has 2 class teachers. 筲東 was a bit worse in comparison.

2) 維官 is better since it is a bottom Band 2 but 筲東 is a typical Band 3 school.

3) As 維官's intake is better, you can imagine its output is also better. And this is the fact here. 維官's teachers are diligent. I am not saying 筲東 is too bad, but since in the same territory it has a Band 1 筲官, clearly all the students entering 筲東 are far behind in academic performance.

4) 維官's discipline is better and so their student behaviour is also better.

5) Every school has such problem, depending on large or small. For this question, I have no concrete data on hand to answer you.

6) No. If you enter 維官's best class, it is probably a top Band 2 class. If you enter that of 筲東, it is roughly a middle - bottom Band 2 class.

My overall comment is: 維官 is better in different aspects.
