請問可否幫忙執一下grammar mistake，萬二分感激。
No one can deny the fact that a person's education is the mostimportant aspect of the life especially in the occupation, salary and promotionprospects must be affected by the academicals background. The employers feelthat it is the objectively reality for estimating the personal quality by interviewee.The interviewee who has the high-level academicals background such as degreeholder will be looked like to have a lot of abilities and self-disciplineworking in the company by employee. We found that the promotion prospects willbe decreased if you have not the good academicals background. Although working experienceis very important, we always found that the basic requests in the senior’s jobswhat is a high position and salary to have priority for degree holder. Obviously,we can draw the conclusion that high education standard will be comfortablefor us to take the good chances such as high position, salary and promotionprospects and vice versa.
