"She is fighting with the woman who dressed in black."
"She is fighting with the woman who is dressed in black."
"She is fighting with the woman dresses in black."
"She is fighting with the woman dressed in black."
I believe second and fourth are both correct answer, yet I don't get it why is it "dressed" instead of "dresses" in a present tense written sentence.
Please help! Thanks :)

O.K Let's focus on second and fourth questions:Firstly, the word "dressed" in these sentences does NOT refer to TENSE.
The words in both second and fourth are "adjective" only. 相等於 interested 這個字，例如：I am interested in playing basketball. interested 在這裡亦是adjective 而不是動詞過去式，千萬不要誤會在句子上有 ed 尾的字就是動詞過去式。
Secondly,至於你的問題 why is it "dressed" instead of "dresses" ？
答案就是如果你用 dresses 就是動詞的第三身單數加 s 了，但在這裡用現在式動詞有點不適合，因為你知道那在打架的女子是習慣性穿黑色衣服或經常穿黑色衣服嗎？否則就不能用現在式動詞了。
Finally, dressed 在這句的意思是 "穿上了"。黑色衣服。
